Built responsibly

The Axelsberg block, developed in a responsible manner, adds life to the rugged cultural environment of the Konepaja area in Vallila. It provides services and facilities for both residents and employees who work in the area.


Axelsberg is pursuing the BREEAM Excellent certification for sustainability. The development of the block involves research into low-carbon materials, it is designed for the class A energy rating, and will have solar panels on the roof.
